Day 1 — Varanasi arrival and Ganga Aarti
Varanasi arrival and Ganga Aarti. Visit the riverfront and selected Kashi temples with time for security checks, walking through the lanes and darshan queues. The boat ride, where listed, depends on river conditions; the evening Aarti is arranged around crowd levels and local access.
Day 2 — Kashi temples and Sarnath
Kashi temples and Sarnath. At Sarnath, explore the Dhamek Stupa precinct and nearby Buddhist sites with time for the museum if it is open. Allow a meal stop and adjust the return journey around traffic and your onward connection.
Day 3 — Travel to Bodh Gaya and Mahabodhi
Travel to Bodh Gaya and Mahabodhi. Explore the Mahabodhi Temple precinct and spend time around the Bodhi Tree when the complex is open. The journey includes road breaks, and nearby monasteries can be visited if arrival time allows.
Day 4 — Journey to Prayagraj and Sangam
Journey to Prayagraj and Sangam. Visit the confluence area with your local guide, with boat or bathing arrangements only if conditions and local rules permit. Pause for breakfast or lunch before the onward drive, and keep time for the traffic around Prayagraj.
Day 5 — Travel to Ayodhya and Ram Mandir
Travel to Ayodhya and Ram Mandir. Allow plenty of time for Ram Mandir security procedures and the queues before continuing to Hanuman Garhi or nearby shrines. If the schedule permits, spend a quieter moment by the Sarayu and return to your hotel or departure point.
Day 6 — Ayodhya departure
Ayodhya departure. After breakfast, complete the visits that fit your departure time and allow for temple security or traffic. Your driver will then take you to the agreed station or airport; the final sequence is confirmed with your travel details.
